Prime Dry-Aged Steaks

Our steakhouse centres on prime dry-aged steaks, aged in-house for a minimum of 28 days to develop deep flavour and tenderness. Each cut is grilled over charcoal and served with a choice of house-made sauces.

Cuts include ribeye, sirloin, and tenderloin, each selected for marbling and depth. The grill is the heart of the kitchen, visible from the dining room, where our chefs sear steaks to exact temperatures. The menu changes seasonally, but the commitment to quality never wavers.

No steak is complete without the right accompaniments. Choose from truffle mash, charred greens, and hand-cut chips, paired with sauces like peppercorn, béarnaise, and a house steak sauce.
